It's been a while....again

Where do I start.
Life is interesting at the moment.
On a serious note, a good and close friend of mine was diagnosed with cancer recently. The catch. It's aggressive and rapidly spreading. In other words. It is already too late. The poor guy has been given just under a month left to live. Now this indiviudal is no ordinary guy. His name is Len Hagel. And he also happens to be the most charasmatic priest I have ever met. He had such a love and interest in the youth of today. And as Susan stated earlier over dinner, "He used his heart as an arm" I mean, the guy would do anything to get us kids into the church seats. He was brilliant, he was down to earth, and he actually made religion exciting. Truth be told, he was loved by many. I remember seeing him dress up in a superman costume and then walk around as "Superlen" a few times. When I was told the news last night, my heart sank. He has already left, and I never got a chance to really say goodbye. It is tough. It was a rough day to say the least. I mean, this is someone who I consulted, confided in, joked around with, and experienced some very life altering experiences with. He was a friend to many of my friends as well, and I mean, its kinda tough on some of us who knew him better. I don't know, its hard. At least we have time to prepare to say goodbye and hopefully get the chance to do it properly as well.

Enjoy life today. Yesterday is Gone.

Tomorrow may never come...

Did fall off the face of the Earth? Why yes I did...

It certainly has been a while now. Life has been insanely busy these last few weeks, between working, job hunting, preparing for school, running around regarding errands and chilling with friends, I just haven't had anytime to myself for some time now. But last night, i just sat back and relaxed...well tried to. First off I tried to burn a few cd's off the old computer becaused there are songs that I want off of it, and for some reason I couldn't burn anything. After three years of knowing how to burn cd's on this computer, nothing i knew worked. So after a great bout of frustration I decided to go chat with people on MSN. Well, turns out my wireless internet is out so I couldn't do anything really on my computer. So as a last resort I decided to go watch a movie. Suffice to say that didn't happen. Our amp is messed up and there is music playing, but no voices. So at that point i threw my hands up in the air and went and read in my room. Seriously, I cannot remember that last time I had that much trouble with electronics. But it's ok, I finished the third book in the Chronicles of Narnia series. So now it is onward to the story of Prince Caspian...And I am absolutely loving this series, i never took the time to read the Chronicles of Narnia, but right now I am just flying through the series, I am not reading as fast as I can becuase I would be done the whole series in a few days, but I am taking my time, stretching the stories out I guess...I have until December 9th to finish the series, which is when the movie debuts. And I am pretty excited for it, I hope it will be as good as I hope it will be.

I also went out and bought myself a fish the other day as well with Hayley. I got myself an indigo-blue Chinese Fighting Fish. His name is Priscilla and he just so happens to be a Drag-Fish. Yes, a drag-fish, he is just to pretty to be a normal straight fish...and anyone who sees Priscilla will also agree with me on that statement. And Ming, my cat seems to have befriended the fish as Priscilla is still alive after a week...

But anyways, I am still single, and it would appear i will be for the rest of my life, hahaha. I dunno, I am happy with my single status, now the odd date here and there is good and fun, but I don't want anything serious right now...i like being able to have my fun at the clubs.

School starts on Monday, with that perhaps my entries will become more regular again and not so interspersed. Anyways, ciao all.
